Core Responsibilities Manage outbound calls to update individuals on account statuses and seamlessly resolve complaints. Answer inbound inquiries, providing excellent service and directing complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. Draft professional, timely, and accurate email responses to daily inquiries. Support and execute specialized departmental projects as assigned by leadership. Utilize Microsoft systems and Salesforce to document interactions and track resolution progress efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications 2 to 4 years of related customer service or call center experience. Background or previous experience in Human Resources is heavily relied upon and required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; hands-on experience using Salesforce is strongly preferred. Demonstrated professional traits of being hardworking, honest, and highly dependable. Ability to work a standard shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a fully remote capacity.
