Professional Growth at IFC
IFC's mission is for all Direct Support Professionals to achieve DSP-I, DSP-II, and DSP-III certification through theNational Alliance of DSP( NADSP) Academy. Employees are expected to begin the certification pathway and become certified as a Highly Trained DSP within their first 6 months to 1 year of employment.
IFC provides the training, support, and opportunities for advancement.
