Experienced Drywall Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Experienced Drywall Specialist to support our expanding residential and commercial painting operations. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and understands the importance of proper wall preparation for exceptional paint finishes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of drywall experience required
• Ability to match textures and blend repairs seamlessly
• Strong finishing skills and knowledge of Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 finishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality results
• Experience working with painting crews preferred
• Basic carpentry or framing knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

• Hang, tape, and finish drywall (Level 4-5 finish preferred)
• Skim, coat, patch, blend, and repair wall surfaces
• Sand and prepare walls for painting crews
• Repair cracks, holes, water damage, and other wall imperfections
• Match existing textures and blend repairs seamlessly
• Work alongside painters to meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
