We handle customer communication and scheduling so you can focus on delivering exceptional service instead of spending time finding customers. 

Cleaning professionals are paid weekly via direct deposit for completed service requests. Top performers can earn up to $1,900 per week, including tips , based on availability and the types of service requests completed.

What You'll Do

You'll complete residential cleaning jobs throughout the Houston area, including:

• Basic cleanings
• Deep cleanings
• Move-in and move-out cleanings

Before each job, you'll receive the service details, customer notes, and cleaning expectations through our app.

By accepting a service request, you agree to:

• You agree to arrive within a customers scheduled arrival window fully prepared to complete the service
• Provide professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete the contracted service 
• Review the agreed scope of work and complete the contracted service
• Treat the customers home with care, respect and professionalism
• Promptly communicate with Berry Swift Cleaning regarding any questions or issues that may impact the contracted service
• Complete the contracted service with consistent quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• Two or more years of paid residential cleaning experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with dependable internet access
• Professional cleaning supplies and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated professionalism and reliability
• Comfortable communicating through a mobile app
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to satisfy independent contractor requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance
• Ability to successfully pass a background check before accepting service requests
