GreatHorseFood and Beverage ServerPosition Summary:The Food and Beverage Server is responsible for providing an excellent member experience within our private lifestyle club.Compensation: $19.00-$22.00Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident and Critical Illness insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO),401K and RothYour Role:Interact with members while performing service duties.Assess members' needs and preferences and make recommendations.Become proficient with food and beverage menu knowledge.Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.Comply with all food and beverage regulations.Set up and break down all food and beverage eventsMaintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.Your Skills: Experience as a server/bartender is a plusComputer literacy - POS system knowledgePositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to stay organized and motivated.Desirable requirements:Must be at least 16 years old.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands:Listed below are key points regarding the job's environmental demands and work environment.
