Economic Media is a fast-growing, fully remote marketing company specializing in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and fundraising.

We help startups raise millions of dollars through digital marketing while also operating large-scale email newsletters and SMS marketing campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who wants to build a long-term career in marketing—not by focusing on one specialty, but by learning every part of what it takes to scale a business.

What You'll Do

You'll gain hands-on experience across nearly every area of our marketing operation, including:

• Performance marketing & paid media

• Email & SMS marketing

• Funnel and landing page optimization

• Copywriting

• Marketing analytics & attribution

• AI tools, automation & workflows

• Conversion optimization & testing

• Campaign strategy and growth initiatives

Our goal is to develop you into a marketing Swiss Army knife—a well-rounded, high-level performance marketer with exposure to every stage of the customer acquisition process.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred (exceptional candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms

• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and eager to learn

• A genuine interest in performance marketing and continuous improvement

• Located in the Northeast preferred

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:

• Paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, Criteo, etc.)

• Email marketing platforms (Beehiiv, ConvertKit, etc.)

• Marketing automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, etc.)

• Landing page and funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, etc.)

• Marketing analytics, attribution, or reporting tools

• $70,000 salary
