PalAmerican Seeks a Highly Skilled, Dynamic IT Manager !

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT service delivery across all US operations, ensuring reliable and customer-focused support
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications
• Manage and mentor US-based IT teams, contractors, and service providers to foster accountability and growth
• Act as a primary technology partner for business leaders, translating needs into practical solutions
• Plan and execute technology projects, upgrades, and business-driven initiatives
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management efforts aligned with governance policies
• Monitor technology budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement
• Collaborate with corporate teams to promote innovation and standardization

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and identity management, and cloud technologies
• Experience managing multi-site or distributed support teams in service-oriented environments
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to align technology to business needs
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus
