Join our team as an Institutional Shareholder Services Specialist, where you will serve as a primary liaison for key financial stakeholders and retail shareholders. In this role, you will execute telephone transactions, handle complex account maintenance requests, and provide insight on account setups, trade activity, and fund performance. Working at the intersection of client service and risk mitigation, you will drive operational accuracy while contributing to a workplace culture focused on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
salary: $31.09 - $31.1 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Execute Financial Transactions: Accurately process telephone transactions, trade orders, and account maintenance requests for institutional and retail shareholders.
- Serve as a Key Client Contact: Address inquiries regarding account setup, trade history, fund objectives, and fund performance with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain Operational Communication: Provide timely trade notifications and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Drive Service Excellence: Manage dual institutional and retail account relationships, adapting communication styles to meet varying client needs.
- Promote Risk & Quality Standards: Active participation in a team culture rooted in risk-based thinking, ongoing process improvement, and collaborative engagement.
