Outbound Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

No insurance or sales background? No problem. Nereyda Perez State Farm is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative in Staten Island, NY and provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can learn the industry and build a real skill set while you earn. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required — we will train you
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $70,000-$95,000 per year

This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance — top performers exceed this range.
