Location: Greenland, NH | Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F)
Pay Rate: $18/hr | Status: Full-Time, Fast-Track Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do Daily
As a Pick/Pack Associate, you are the final touchpoint before premium products reach our customers.
Pick: Utilize order tickets to locate and pull products accurately throughout the warehouse.
Pack: Prepare and securely pack orders according to Cole Haan's quality guidelines.
Label: Ensure all shipping tags and labels match destination requirements precisely.
Support: Collaborate with teammates across different staging areas to keep daily shipments moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and ready to show up for your team each day.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for an 8-hour shift, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in accuracy and ensuring every customer gets exactly what they ordered.
