Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• We are looking for strong command of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end engineering practices.
• We need experience creating responsive, accessible interfaces across multiple devices.
• We value experience with front-end testing, including tools such as Jest and React Testing Library, along with component and integration testing best practices.
• We expect experience converting Figma or similar design files into polished, high-fidelity user interfaces.
• We need a solid grasp of core web technologies, including REST APIs, JSON, and browser behavior.
• We look for experience with state management approaches such as Context API or similar patterns.
• We want experience working with component libraries or design systems.
• We expect familiarity with Node.js and modern package management tools.
• We require experience with source control and CI/CD workflows, such as Git and Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• We value familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• We need strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills in modern web applications.
• We expect excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• We look for effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• We consider experience with WebSockets or real-time data handling a plus.
• We also value familiarity with front-end performance tuning and architecture patterns.
• Experience with modern front-end tooling such as Webpack, Module Federation, ESLint, and Prettier is a bonus.
• We require 3 years of software development experience.
• We require the ability to commute to our Durham, NH location and work onsite.

• We design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications with React.
• We collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• We translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible UI components with strong visual accuracy.
• We integrate front-end applications with APIs and external services.
• We contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• We write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
