Why Work Here?
You join a small, family-owned and operated organization that values independence, trust, and straightforward communication. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule, a stable work setting, and the opportunity to work closely with a small local team rather than in a large corporate environment. You can focus on meaningful security work with minimal public interaction, in a culture that appreciates reliability, self-direction, and practical problem-solving.
Work Environment
The position is based in an office on the second floor of a building in the North Cargo area of SeaTac Airport. The surrounding environment is an industrial airport operations zone with offices, warehouses, repair shops, freight desks, and similar facilities, rather than a large glass office tower with extensive amenities. Rounds include building exteriors and interior hallways, and the four monitored buildings are all within walking distance. A motorized cart is available for moving supplies when necessary. Parking is available on site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the role involves spending most of the shift on foot, walking or standing. There is virtually no interaction with the general public, with only occasional check-ins with tenants during rounds. The environment is more industrial and operations-focused than corporate, making it well-suited for individuals who prefer active, non-desk work,
