TRIAL ATTORNEY | INSURANCE DEFENSE

Seeking a knock-out Trial Attorney for an AV-rated Insurance Defense firm with multiple offices in Sacramento, LA, Irvine and San Diego. An exceptional opportunity for the motivated individual with strong experience in the following practice areas:

General Liability Defense
Casualty Insurance
Premises Liability
Catastrophic Liability Defense
Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation
Construction Defect
Homeowners

A seasoned Trial Attorney is needed to manage an existing caseload and hit the ground running; must have heavy trial experience - 1st chair/2nd chair, jury trials to verdict; bench trials; taken and defended depositions; ABOTA not required; a passion for litigation as this is a trial-heavy role. Offices are located in northeast of LA, daily in-office with great flexibility, also offering a collegial, work-friendly, sport-themed office culture, holding family-friendly events, and holiday celebrations. With a range of 10-25+ years of litigation experience, base compensation from $180K-$250K, DOE, plus bonus opportunities on origination, benefits package, unlimited PTO.
