I am hiring for UX Designer hybrid at Naperville location.

Title: UX Designer

Location: Naperville (Hybrid 2-3 days in week)

Type: W2 (Independent USC/GC)

Must-Haves

• 7–8+ years of UX Design experience.
• Senior-level UX practitioner who has been responsible for end-to-end UX efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience working on complex digital products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in environments involving AI, machine learning, data products, or intelligence-driven platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, problem-solving, and business impact.

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools within UX workflows.
• Experience designing for AI/ML, intelligent systems, or agentic AI solutions.
• UX thought leadership experience.
• Experience introducing UX best practices across organizations.
• Active curiosity around emerging technologies and innovation.
• Examples of self-driven AI experimentation or projects outside of core job responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
