A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its dynamic trial team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to gain hands-on litigation and courtroom exposure while working alongside highly respected trial attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from case initiation through resolution or trial.

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs to support litigation strategy and case progression.

Conduct and defend depositions.

Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.

Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

Active Missouri Bar license (Kansas licensure is a plus).

1-3 years of litigation experience; personal injury or insurance defense experience preferred.

Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about client advocacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
