Job Title: Recycling Team Lead
Shift: 1st Shift 8:30am - 5:30pm. Monday - Friday.
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Pay: $17/hr - Weekly Pay.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lead to join our electronics recycling team. This position will oversee daily operations, support team members, and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Requirements:
Knowledge of R2 Electronics Recycling is REQUIRED
Bilingual in Mandarin strongly preferred
Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in an industrial environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Lead and support employees during daily operations
Assist with industrial waste management and recycling processes
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Oversee electronics reuse and recycling activities
Maintain organization and workflow efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Accept a background check to be performed
Accept a drug test to be performed
Lift up to 50 pounds
