Position Summary The User Experience & Engagement Analyst implements, manages, and continuously improves digital employee experience (DEX), employee digital dexterity and application adoption and proficiency in our digital platforms. This role plans and manages the implementation of application guidance to improve employee adoption, adaptation, and optimal use of applications. This role will collaborate with the business and IT colleagues to drive adoption of existing applications and work with stakeholders to plan for new technology deployments to develop and execute successful adoption strategies. Ultimately, the User Experience & Engagement Analyst helps improve application return on investment by decreasing digital friction. Main Responsibilities
  • Help develop and execute digital adoption strategy.
  • Manage the digital adoption lifecycle:
    • Assess needs and develop use cases.
    • Design impactful in-app guidance.
    • Measure and publish reports on application adoption and proficiency.
    • Iterate to continuously improve business outcomes.
    • Identify and manage implementation of digital adoption solution projects.
  • Create content that improves:
    • Employee training and onboarding.
    • Application adoption and proficiency.
    • Workflow compliance.
    • Data accuracy.
  • Monitor content and workflow usage and effectiveness to accommodate software and business process changes.
  • Measure digital employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, L&D and operations colleagues to understand application usage requirements, workflows and features, then create content accordingly.
  • Baseline and measure business outcomes.
  • Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by DAP.
  • Deliver continuous learning programs related to best practices models defined for the DAP.
  • Leverage digital workplace champions and enablement agents for communication of new capabilities and collection of employee feedback.
  • Align digital adoption strategy with broader digital workplace initiatives and join in promoting workforce digital dexterity.
  • Evangelize digital adoption within the technology organization, across the functions and with business-enablement teams to continue to source new talent to the team.
Other Responsibilities IT Comms & Training - Bridge the gap between our internal Campbell user base and our technical teams by elevating the channels of communication between IT and the broader organization, leveraging creative methods and technologies to communicate and promote. Help user base successfully navigate change by providing them with the following:
  • Authentic communication that drives engagement and trust between technology and the people that use it.
  • Technology training that is deliberately targeted, extremely relevant, and desired to consume.
  • Custom videos and reference guides to help support changes, upgrades, or new features to the user base.
  • Assist with additional user experience initiatives for the Digital Workplace & Corporate Services Team
Reporting Line and Team Structure This position report to the Lead Business Analyst, Experience & Engagement (Digital Workplace & Corporate Service Governance and Key Relationships Key relationships include digital workplace and other IT colleagues (applications, infrastructure, security and enterprise architecture), shared services colleagues (HR, L&D, Corp Comms, Continuous Improvement, Compliance and Legal), technology vendors and Line-of-Business/Operations colleagues. Job Requirements Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related program
  • 5+ YOE in UX Design, Marketing or a related field
Experience and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $72,900-$117,300 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
