Role Overview

We are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath. This role is an

excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience in RPA, workflow automation, process optimization, and intelligent

automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create reusable RPA components and automation frameworks.
• Develop and test bots to automate repetitive business tasks.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Developers to gather automation requirements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and process design documents (PDDs).
• Follow RPA governance, security, and best practices.
• Support automation deployment and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath and RPA technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience or knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Basic knowledge of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Understanding of RPA concepts and workflow automation.
• Basic programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office automation.
• Understanding of APIs and web automation concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and version control concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
