What You’ll Do:

• Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
• Help families understand and choose the right benefit programs.
• Maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service.
• Work closely with teammates to hit goals and achieve success.
• Provide caring, professional support to clients by phone or online.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $60,000 – $150,000+ annually (performance-based)
